Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
First, try this:
Master reset from settings menu
1. From the Home screen, tap Menu.
2. Tap Settings>Phone Settings>Security>Reset
3. Select ALL> Reset> YES. NOTE: If needed, enter password, tap OK. (Default password is 0000-0000 OR 8 ZEROS)
Hard Reset from settings menu
Enter *2767*3855# to Hard Reset the phone if you are not sure about the password.
