These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on belowKyocera Milano Hard Reset
Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
1.From the home screen, tap the Menu key.
2.Tap System settings.
3.Scroll to and tap Backup & reset.
4.Tap Factory data reset.
5.Read the warning and tap Reset phone.
6.To erase the contents of the memory card during the reset, scroll down and
tap to select Erase SD card. Once content has been removed from the memory card, itcannot be recovered.
7.Tap Erase everything.
8.The handset will completely reset and restart.
9.The handset is now reset.
Hard Reset Instructions
A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.
1.With the handset turned off, press and hold the Volume Down key.
2.With the Volume Down key held down, press and hold the Power key.
3.Release all keys once the triangle appears on the screen.
4.Press the Home key
5.Press the Volume Down key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset.
6.With wipe data/factory reset highlighted, press the RETURN/OK key
7.Press the Volume Down key to scroll to Yes — delete all user data.
8.With Yes — delete all user data highlighted, press the RETURN/OK key.
9.Once the wipe is complete, press the Volume Down key to scroll to wipe cache partition.
10.With wipe cache partition highlighted, press the RETURN/OK key.
11.Once the wipe is complete, press the RETURN/OK key to select reboot system now.
12.The handset will restart.
