These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

Master Reset Instructions

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

To perform a master reset, follow these steps:

First, try this:

Master reset from settings menu

From the standby screen, press Menu.

2. Scroll to and select Settings.

3. Scroll to and select Reset Settings.

4. Scroll to and select Reset Phone.

5. Press OK to confirm.

6. Tap Erase Everything. NOTE: If needed, enter password, tap OK. (Default password is 000-000 or Six zeros).

You are done resetting your Samsung T369 

Master Reset

CAUTION: A “master reset” not only changes the phone’s settings back to default, but also erases contacts and downloaded content (ringtones, games, graphics, etc.) This process cannot be undone.

1. Enter *2767*3855# from the standby screen to perform a master reset.
