These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on belowSamsung T109 Hard Reset
Master Reset Instructions
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
First, try this:

NOTE: A “reset” changes the phone’s settings back to default. This process does not erase contacts or downloaded content (ringtones, games, graphics, etc.)
1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Phone.
4. Scroll to and select Reset Phone.
5. Press OK to confirm.
6. Enter the phone’s password, and then press OK.
NOTE: The password is user-defined; there is no default. If a password has yet to be established, the phone will prompt for a new password to be entered and then confirmed. AT&T cannot retrieve this password if forgotten.
7. A confirmation message will display and the phone will then reboot.
Restore Phone
NOTE: A “restore” not only changes the phone’s settings back to default, but also erases contacts and downloaded content (ringtones, games, graphics, etc.) This process cannot be undone.
1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
2. Scroll to and select Settings.
3. Scroll to and select Phone.
4. Scroll to and select Restore Phone.
5. Press OK to confirm.
6. Enter the phone’s password, and then press OK.
NOTE: The password is user-defined; there is no default. If a password has yet to be established, the phone will prompt for a new password to be entered and then confirmed. AT&T cannot retrieve this password if forgotten.
7. A confirmation message will display and the phone will then reboot.
