These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on belowMotorola Photon Q 4G LTE Hard Reset

How to Hard Reset Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE
Hard Reset
- With the handset turned off, press and hold the Volume Up key.
- With the Volume Up key held down, press and hold the Power key.
- Once the triangle appears on the screen, press both Volume keys.
- Press the Volume Down key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key.
- Press the Volume Down key to scroll to Yes — delete all user data and press the Power key.
- Once the wipe is complete, press the Power key to select reboot system now.
Reset via Setting
- From the screen of your phone, touch apps
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Privacy
- Tap Factory Data Reset
- Tap Reset Phone
