Reset via Setting

1. From the screen of your phone, touch apps
2. Tap Settings
3. Scroll down and tap Backup and Reset.
4. Tap Factory Data Reset
5. Tap Reset Phone
6. Tap Erase Everything

Hard Reset

1. Switch off your device.
2. Press and hold the Volume down and Volume Up Keys then press the Power Key. When presented with the Boot Mode Selection Menu release all buttons.
3. Touch Home.
4. Scroll to wipe data/factory reset by pressing the volume down button.
5. Press Power button.
6. Select Yes — delete all user data by pressing the Volume down button.
7. Press the Power button.The phone will now wipe all contents. Touch Home.
8. Select reboot system now then press the Power Key.
