6. Touch Erase Everything

Hard Reset

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged then turn the phone off.
2. Simultaneously press the M and R keys, as well as the Power button.
3. When the device turns back on, press the @ key to see the Main Menu.
4. Using the Volume keys, scroll down to select Wipe Data or Factory Data Reset and press Power to continue.
5. In a similar way, select Yes and press the Power button to confirm
