Reset via Setting

  1. From the screen of your phone, please tap the menu icon.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Touch Privacy
  4. Touch Factory data reset
  5. Touch Reset Phone
  6. Touch Erase Everything

Hard Reset

  1. Power the device off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button+X key simultaneuously until the Recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure) appears.
  3. Slide keyboard closed then simultaneuously press the volume up+down keys.
  4. Press Volume down to select wipe data/factory reset the press the Power button.
  5. Press Volume down to select Yes — delete all user data then press the Power button.
  6. Ensure reboot system now is selected then press the Power button.
