• Tap Reset device > Erase everything to perform a factory reset. Your device will restart when the reset is complete.

• Unlock the touch screen by dragging Slide up to unlock and touch the Menu Quick Key.
• Touch Settings image.
• Touch Phone Settings.
• Touch Security.
• Enter the four-digit lock code.
