These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

Hard Reset Instructions for LG True

If you are unable to access your phone and/or have forgot password to LG True, hard resetting might be your only option. In order to Hard Reset , follow the instructions below. Remember there is no going back and your LG True will reset back to default factory settings.

MAKE SURE LG True IS CHARGED AND YOU DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY WHILE RESET IS TAKING PLACE ON YOUR LG True

1. Turn off the LG True

2. Remove & Reinsert the Battery of your LG True (if Removable)

3. Open Main Menu then find Settings and Setup and go to Master reset

 

4. Now confirm the whole operation, Enter security code if needed (sometimes it is 1234, 0000, 000000, 123456, or last 4 of your phone number)

5. Phone will now restart, it may take around 30 seconds.

 

LG True is now hard reset and back to default factory settings. The phone is now ready to be passed on to a new owner.
