Master reset from settings menu
A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.
To perform a master reset, follow these steps:
1. Turn on LG Optimus L7 P700
2. Make sure LG Optimus L7 P700 battery is full.
3. Go to menu: Setting > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device
4. Choose Erase Everything
5. LG Optimus L7 P700 will do the process to Master Reset to Factory Default, wait for several minutes.
Master reset with hardware keys
1. Make sure the battery fully charged
2. Backup all your important data
1. Power Off Your LG Optimus L7 P700
2. Press together with left hand Volume down key + Power key
3. When the led of the bottom of the phone lights on,touch and hold the Menu key with your right hand
4. When phone vibrates release Power key
5. Release all the keys of the phone before LG Logo disappears
6. Wait until the phone restarts
