These instructions will help you master reset your phone, if you are unable to master reset your phone or you have a device that does not run on operating system then continue on below

Master reset from settings menu

1. Turn on the LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500)

2. Make sure the battery is not empty

3. Backup important data at LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500) because all data and applications will be erase or delete

4. Go to Menu : Setting > Backup and Reset > Factory Data Reset

5. Choose : Reset Phone > Erase everything

6. The LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500) will do the master reset process.

Master reset with hardware keys

If we cannot go to menu, or LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500) cannot turn on or hang or stuck or frozen so we cannot access the menu setting or nothing happen while touch the screen, then try to factory reset with secret button and hardware key

1. Turn off the LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500)

2. Make sure the battery LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500) already full or more than 50%

3. Press together and hold the Power Button + Volume Down Button + Home Button until the LCD phone show FACTORY HARD RESET

4. If the text appear, then release the button, after that we will enter some menu

5. Choose Factory Reset using Volume Button, and press Power Button to Enter or OK

6. The LG OPTIMUS F6 (D505 / D500) will continue master reset; wait for several minutes until the phone start like new again.
