Master Reset Instructions

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

1.Back up all necessary data.

2.From any home screen, tap Apps.

3.Tap Settings.

4.Scroll to ‘PERSONAL,’ then tap Backup & reset.

5.Under ‘PERSONAL DATA,’ tap Factory data reset.

7.Enter pattern, PIN, or password if prompted.

8.If desired, select Erase SD card, then tap Reset phone.

Hard Reset Instructions

A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.

1.In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:

2.Press Power button until your phone is off.

3.Then press and hold Volume Down + Home button + Power button together.

4.When the logo show up, then release only Power button.

5.Now if you see Android, then release all the keys.

6.From the menu, choose option wipe data/factory reset.

7.Confirm option using Power button.

8.Next accept option Yes.

9.After that browse to option reboot system now, and confirm that.

10.Your device is done.
