You can reset your T-Mobile my Touch 3G Slide by following below instructions. There are two different ways you can reset the device, using menu settings, and using phone buttons.

1. Press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings.
2. Scroll down the screen, and then tap Privacy > Factory data reset.
3. On the Factory data reset screen, tap Reset phone, and then tap Erase everything.
