How to Hard Reset HP Jornada 928

Soft Reset

• Remove your device from the cradle.
• Remove the Compact Flash card (if installed).
• Use the stylus to press the red reset button on the back of the device

Hard Reset

• Remove your device from the USB cradle and disconnect all cables, including the ac adapter, from your device
• Using the stylus, press and hold the reset button
• While holding the reset button, press and release the power button
• Release the reset button
• Press the power button.
