Soft reset

Use the stylus to lightly press the Reset button.

Full reset

• Pressing and holding Mobile Media and iTask buttons
• Then pressing and holding tiny recessed reset button on the bottom right-hand side of the unit.
• Hold all three buttons until the screen completely fades.
• The iPAQ will now be as it was when it left the factory and you can start fresh. You may have to perform a soft reset after the hard reset to get the unit to power on.
