How to Hard Reset HP iPAQ h3970
Soft Reset
Insert the stylus into the unit reset switch at the bottom of your device.
Full Reset
Warning: When a full reset is done all data stored in memory including contacts, calendar entries and installed program will be erased. Make sure to back up any important information before performing a full reset.
- Press and hold the two outside application buttons.
- Insert the stylus into the unit reset switch at the bottom of your device.
- Press the switch for five seconds.
- To reactivate your device, insert the stylus into the unit reset switch and press the switch for one second or connect your device to the AC adapter.
