BlackBerry Volt doesn't have a Volume+Power recovery combo the way Android does.

On BlackBerry 10 devices: hold Power and Volume Up together for about 10 seconds until the device restarts, then use the on-screen Security Wipe from Settings (see Factory Reset below).
