For all of your data, a backup should be done on a external device, hard drive, raid system media or SD card.
How to Hard Reset Acer S200
You may have to perform a reset if your smartphone fails to respond when buttons are pressed or the screen is tapped. A reset will clear the RAM of your smartphone. It is similar to turning a computer off and then turning it back on. Use the tip of your stylus to lightly press the Reset button inside the hole on the side of your smartphone.
Clean boot

If your screen is responding to stylus input:
- Go to Start
- then tap the Utilities
- then tap the Default Settings.
- Read the warning information and enter the security code in the empty text box. Tap OK to proceed.
if screen of mobile phone is not responding for input then following step for reset:
- press and hold Volume up and Volume down button.
- until the screen shows Clean Boot,while pressing reset.
