Master Reset Instructions

A master reset restores the original factory settings and may delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloaded content, ringtones, images, apps, and contacts. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

To perform a master reset, follow these steps:

1. From standby pressing the Menu/OK key.

2. Reset SAMSUNG M560 Reclaim.

3. Select Settings.

4. Select More.

5. Select Security.

6. Enter User Lock Code.

7. Select Erase/Reset. Select Default Settings.

8. Press left soft key for Yes.

9. Reset SAMSUNG M560 Reclaim.

Hard Reset Instructions

A hard reset, also known as a factory reset or master reset, is the restoration of a device to the state it was in when it left the factory. All settings, applications and data added by the user are removed.

In order to perform a hard reset, follow these steps:

1. Start by turning your device on, to do it press Power button.

2. Then dialing screen of your device type this code in dialer: *2767*3855#

3. Next on confirm whole Factory reset process by tapping Call key again.

4. Phone should reboot.
