Hard Reset

1. Turn off the phone.
2. press the power button + Volume UP + Volume Down button for 10 seconds
3. Press and hold the Power button until the device turns on
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device

Reset via Setting

1. Switch on your device.
2. Open the phone, tap menu from home screen
3. Tap settings –> privacy –> factory data reset –> reset phone –> type your password to get your phone back to factory settings

Soft Reset

1. Remove battery from back of the device.
2. Now put back battery again after couple seconds.
3. Press the Power button, wait for device to turn on.
